Missed-call text-back for roofers

Ripple Local Services texts back the callers you miss. The caller tells the AI assistant what they need, such as a leak, storm damage, an inspection or a replacement, where they are, and how soon. You get their answers by text and call back knowing what the job is.

How it works

1. You keep your business number. You set it to forward the calls you don't answer to your Ripple number.
2. The caller hears a short recorded message, then gets a text from an AI assistant asking what they need, where, and how soon.
3. You get their answers by text, so you can call back knowing what the job is.

Texts go only to people who called you, and only about that call. We don't send marketing texts and we don't text lists. Callers can reply STOP at any time. See Contact and texts for exactly what a caller hears and reads.

What the caller reads

The first text names your business and says it is from an AI assistant. For example:

Your Business Name: Sorry we missed your call! I'm the AI assistant. What do you need help with? Reply STOP to opt out.
