SMS terms: Ripple Local Services missed-call text-back

• Program: Ripple Local Services missed-call text-back.
• What it is: when you call our business line at (256) 814-7741 and we miss the call, an automated AI assistant may text you back from that number to ask about your request (the job, the area, and how soon), then pass your answers to our team so someone can call you back. Messages are about your request only. We don't send marketing.
• How you opt in: by calling us. Before any text, the call plays a recorded notice that our AI assistant will text you. We text only numbers that called us in the last 24 hours. See Contact and texts.
• Message frequency: up to 5 msgs per request, plus a confirmation if you opt out or ask for help.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to opt out. STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, QUIT and CANCEL also work. After you opt out you get one confirmation and no more texts. Reply START to opt back in.
• Support: reply HELP, or call (256) 814-7741.
• Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: see our privacy policy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
