Missed-call text-back for roofers in Mountain Brook, AL
Mountain Brook roofs are often large and complex, and the big trees that shade the streets drop limbs in storms. A homeowner calling about a limb on the roof wants to hear back quickly. If you're on another job, they get a text asking what happened and where.
Where roofers miss calls
- On a roof or a ladder, harnessed in, with no free hand.
- The days after a storm, when the phone rings faster than you can answer.
- During an inspection or a tear-off, when the noise drowns the ringer.
What the caller gets texted
You keep your 205 business number and forward the calls you don't answer to your Ripple number. The caller hears a short recorded message, then gets a text that names your business and says it is from an AI assistant:
Your Business Name: Sorry we missed your call! I'm the AI assistant. What do you need help with? Reply STOP to opt out.
From there the assistant asks whether it is a leak, storm damage, an inspection or a replacement, the address, and how soon. You get their answers by text and call back knowing what the job is.
Who we text
We only text people who called your business, and only about that call. We don't send marketing texts and we don't text lists. Callers can reply STOP at any time. See Contact and texts for exactly what a caller hears and reads.
